24th Annual Fossil Fest : Dates November 15-16, 2014 Indoors!

We had great Fossil Fest 2013, despite the icy weather. Our educational outreach progam was a huge success. We look forward to seeing you all in 2014!

We provide special presentations for youth groups. See detailed information for teachers, homeschoolers,
and Scout leaders. Sign up here.

Activities include:
  • A Grand Door prize drawing. No need to be present to win, tickets are one dollar each. The top prize for 2013 is shown to the right.
  • Fossil dealers with specimens from around the world.
  • Fossil exhibits and demonstrations.
  • The "Wheel of Fossils". Only 25 cents, every spin wins a fossil!
  • Hourly door prizes on Saturday and Sunday
  • If you have something you would like identified, we can usually give it a pretty good shot.

Old Settler's Heritage Association (inside)   
Next to the Dell Diamond on Highway 79, Round Rock, TX 3 miles east of IH-35. See map below.
